Elderberries contain natural chemical compounds called anthocyanidins, which are known for immunostimulant effects and also contain antioxidants, vitamin A and C. Manuka has a range of anti-bacterial properties and has a long heritage of traditional use

 Base ingredients

Springwater, non-palm vegetable glycerin and citric acid.
Contains no added sugar, gluten, yeast, dairy, and no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, or sweeteners.

Recommended Dosage

Adults 10 mls -max dose- 10mls up to  5 x daily
Children 5mls- max dose -5mls up to 5 x daily
When unwell: Up to 5 x daily
Support vitality: 1 x daily.  Taken neat or in hot/cold water (dilute to taste up to 1:10)
