Earth’s Pantry takes great pride in our customer service and are happy to provide you with a credit and or exchange for full priced items only when: 

~ The goods have been unopened, unused and in its original packaging and in tacked. 

~ Goods have not been damaged, opened or used. 

~ The original invoice as proof of purchase has been provided. 

Earth’s Pantry will always provide you with a credit at our discretion for items that: 

~ Are faulty (unless caused by you) 

~ Are different to the goods that you ordered. 

We do NOT provide credit or exchange for orders or items that you have made a mistake purchasing or simply changed your mind on. We strongly suggest that you take the time to look through your cart at checkout and go through every item to make sure your order is correct. 

All returns & exchanges must be returned to Earth’s Pantry within 14 days of purchase date to be eligible for credit. Items are only to be exchanged subject to availability.

Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Earth’s Pantry takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. 

Earth’s Pantry will only reimburse document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty. 

Please note that any sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless faulty.
