Recommended Dosage
Adult: 15ml, max dose 15ml, 2 x daily
Child(2-12): 5ml, max dose, 3 x daily
Recovery/Extra Boost: 15ml, 2 x daily
Daily Support 15ml daily neat, or in hot/cold water (dilute to taste, up to 1:10)
